Shipping Policy

Hack Decks® is committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All Hack Decks® orders are shipped using USPS. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout but generally range from 3–7 business days once the order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Hack Decks® is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays & USPS Issues

Once your order is in USPS’s possession, Hack Decks® is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lifehackdecks.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We require the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lifehackdecks.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
